Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at the Salai Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the Salai Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our Website.
Salai will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. We do not accept returns on custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered, we'll offer you a free fix.
Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns.
*Note: Above stated terms are only applicable if we are informed within ten(10) days after delivery.
*Note: There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to honor your refund.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items or during a sale period. All purchases 10 days prior to the sale will be honored after the sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All items must must be sent back in their respective original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit shall be issued to you. Returns can take up to 14 days to process.
To return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a mailing address to resend your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost and taxes will be deducted.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
